(2):CD005401, 2007 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;是否需要如同機車一樣強制戴安全帽目前仍有爭議，反對者擔心可能&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;會減低民眾騎自行車之意願。&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;作者整理了5篇研究報告, 研究對象均在北美地區，該地區均立法孩童騎車需戴安全帽 .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:courier new;"&gt;其中3篇認為立法, 可減少頭部外傷之比率 &lt;/span&gt;;
